2 Killed,8 Injured in Kabul Demonstration

Hootkhail residents of Kabul city have launched a demonstration over the Hazrat Mohammad Peace Be Up On Him cartoons made by a French magazine Manager (Charlie Ebdo) during the demonstration 2 people were killed and 8 others were injured early Saturday.

Police forces have tried to control the rally and preventing them not to enter the city, but the violence has already spread.

Police spokesman Hashmatullah Istanikzai added that Hootkhail residents didn’t let the police even a word from the upcoming demonstration.”

However police spokesman Hashmatullah Istanizai didn’t confirm the causality of the demonstration held in Kabul.

A number of the hootkhial residents have claimed that 2 of their neighbors were killed and 8 others were injured after police opened fire when the violence spread in the area.

A resident of the area named Ajmal said,” Police forces have opened fire it killed one here and 3 in there.”

Omid the other resident claimed that 2 people were killed and 6 others were injured when both sides opened fires.

Yet to have the clear reason for such a bloody demonstration but Kabul police forces spokesman Hashmatullah Istanikzai has said,” there has been different groups of the residents who had no good relationships with each other and there were armed one too they have caused the demonstration to spread and Kabul police forces have been capable to avoid them entering the main city of Kabul.
