3 killed , 13 injured in Kabul Blast Early this Morning

The explosion occurred in seventh precinct of Kabul city at Bagh-e-Rais area early this morning.
Kabul police chief Gen,Zahir Zahir has confirmed the explosion saying 3 persons were killed and 13 others including the Afghan National Army forces injured.
He added that the bomb was placed in a side of the road which targeted the Afghan National Army forces ANA riding a civilian Bus .
However the eye witness in the area said,” in the explosion 4 people were killed and 5 others were injured.”
The road has been blocked by the Afghan security forces and avoids giving some more details about the incident.
