Abdullah to fill the position of chief executive: Mujibul Rahman

Abdullah Abdullah, will now take on the new role of chief executive, a post akin to prime minister, said Abdullah’s electoral team.
One of the spokesmen of Abdullah’s electoral team said that Abdullah has stated this issue in a meeting with his team.
Earlier, there were rumors that someone else will fill the newly created position of chief executive.
Spokesman of Abdullah’s electoral team, Mujibul Rahman said, “We will decide how to deal with Taliban after the swearing ceremony of Afghanistan new president.”
Taliban has said about the formation of a national unity government that they will fight against this government.
Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai and Abdullah Abdullah signed the national unity government deal as President Hamid Karzai — in power since the 2001 U.S.-led invasion ousted the Taliban — looked on. It took weeks of negotiations to form a power-sharing arrangement after accusations of fraud in the June runoff vote.
