Afghan Air Raid Kills 30 Militants in Kandahar

At least 30 Taliban militants have been killed in Shah Wali Kot district of southern Kandahar province of Afghanistan, officials said.
Provincial police chief said that Afghan special forces conducted an airstrike in Chenarto area of the district which killed 30 militants and wounded dozens of others.
According to the source a military base of the group was targeted in the area.
The Taliban group has not made a comment about the report so far.
