Afghan forces kill 6 armed Taliban in Maidan Wardak

At least six Taliban fighters were killed including a top commander in Ibrahim Khil village, Nerkh District of Maidan Wardak province.
The Ministry of Interior (MoI) said that the Taliban commander’s name was Noorialai and was a key Taliban commander.
According to MoI, the group was involved in many terrorist and destructive activities in this district and other areas of Maidan Wardak province.
Meanwhile, Afghan National Police has also arrested two mine planters while they were planting a roadside bomb in Dorahi region, Nerkh District of Maidan Wardak province.
ANP seized one AK-47 rifle, one vehicle and 30 kilos IEDs as well.
