Afghan Intelligence Employee Shot Dead in Nangarhar

The incident took place at around 08:00 a.m. local time when unknown armed men begun shooting at an employee of Afghan intelligence agency in Nareng Bagh area of the provincial capital, Jalalabad City, Nangarhar Governor’s Spokesman Ataullah Khogyani said.
According to Khogyani, the NDS employee was managed to kill one of the attackers before died of his wounds sustained during the shooting.
A source told Ariana News that there were two attackers, One of them escaped at the scene, following the incident.
The Taliban did not immediately comment in regard.
