Afghan Lawyers Believe Current Afghan Government illegal
Afghan Lawyers believed that all the Presidential Election challenges created by the current Afghan President Hamid Karzai, most of the lawyers insisted that his Government is illegally after 22,5, 2014 which is clearly mentioned in Afghanistan constitution.
The deputy of Lawyers Union Mohammad Sharif Rasouli,”We used to blame the two Presidential candidates, from the law perspective his Government is illegal and his is willing to stay on his power for some more months.”
“In fact the current Afghan President Government is wasting the new President time that will be selected by the Nation it seems the current Afghan President is trying stay on his power for some more months which is illegal from the law perspective said the Kabul University Professor Faizullah Jalal.”
Lawyers have also determined that the Afghan Government has not only broken the law but also the Independent Election Commission IEC for delaying the auditing counting votes has broken the law.
