Afghanistan U-15 Football Team Wins CAFA 2017 Championship

Afghanistan under-15 national football team on Saturday won the title of Central Asian Football Association (CAFA) Championship by defeating Uzbekistan 3-2 in the final.
The tournament was hosted in Dushanbe city of Tajikistan and five teams have participated in the competition including Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan.
Afghanistan claimed major success in the tournament; wining three out of four matches including victory against Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
