Annual security meeting on Afghanistan starts in Kyrgyzstan

The sixth annual meeting of Security Council secretaries on Afghanistan has kicked off in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
Russia’s delegation is headed by Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev, according to TASS news agency.
According to Tass, security officials from China, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan are also participating in the event.
The previous meeting was held in Moscow in February 2023.
