Azerbaijan enterprises to invest in Afghanistan

Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev has stated that the National and private companies from Azerbaijan are ready to invest in different sectors in Afghanistan, because they following enterprises are counted as bridges for both Government in boosting economy.

The following speech was made after Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has visited Azerbaijan officials on mutual trades and boosting economy.

Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has said,” we are here to draw the Azerbaijan investors to invest in Afghanistan, and we will work together to guarantee investing in Afghanistan.”

Azerbaijan President Aliyev also said,” our friendships is based on our mutual interests, we support all programs for stability of Afghanistan, since we have political ties we should strengthen our economy relationships with Afghanistan, Azerbaijan is the member of resolute support mission in Afghanistan, we will push efforts through to ensure peace and stability in Afghanistan,”

There are efforts underway to open a silk road connecting Asia to Europe and in future program in infrastructure we will connect Azerbaijan to Afghanistan through rail way President Aliyev added.

In the slide side of the session officials from both countries have signed several memorandum of understandings on work and one agreement was signed on joint cooperation in between the two countries National Tv stations.
