BF assisted food to needy families in Herat

The Bayat Foundation (BF) has assisted food to the needy families of the students of a school in Herat province.

Representative of the Bayat Foundation says that these aids were distributed to those that desperately needed food.

Ahmad Popal, the foundation’s envoy in Herat noted that these aids will be distributed to other needy people in the nearest time.

“These aids were distributed to needy families in coordination of Mirwais Sadeq school in Khawaja Anasari area of Herat province,” said Ahmad Popal, BF envoy for Herat.

Praising the Bayat Foundation’s assistances, the needy families called on other charity institutions to help and assist needy people of this area.

Bayat Foundation has been helping poor families in over Afghanistan for the past 14 years, a foundation which could cover more than a million citizens by providing food assistance.

Bayat Foundation has not only assisted foods for the needy families but has built dozens of schools, Hospitals, clinics in different provinces of Afghanistan.

The Bayat Foundation has established a number of initiatives to support families in need. Since the winter 2008-09, the Foundation initiated an annual program to provide Winter Aid packages consisting of items such as flour, oil, blankets, and clothing to needy families in Kabul, Faryab, Sar-e-pul, Balkh, Badakshan, Kundoz, Baglan, Ghazni, Khost, Nangarhar, Badghis, Zabul, Paktia, Heraat, Farah, Kapisa and Spin Boldak.
