Center of Justice Judicial and Anti- Corruption: 2 Corruption Cases under Review

Officials in Center of Justice Judicial and Anti Corruption have stated that 2 corruption cases are under investigation and reviewing of the Minister’s corruption cases is not our responsibility according to the law, those cases will be tracked by the special investigation committees.

After Week activity the officials in Center of Justice Judicial and Anti Corruption stated that review and pursuing of the Minister’s corruption cases is not our responsibility to track, earlier Attorney General Office Spokesman had said that the following center has been established to review the big corrupted cases within the country.

“Based on the investigation and court rules Minister’s corruption cases will be tracked by the courts special courts head of the Center of Justice Judicial and Anti Corruption Kanishka Azizi said.”

He also said,” Work are underway over the two corruption cases since a week, reviewing of the Minister’s corruption cases are stated within the law, which the responsibility doesn’t belong to our center.”

It’s mentionable that if there is no decisive intention coming from the National Unity Government leaders to fight against corruption working within the following aspect will be too hard to ensure justice.

Head of the anti corruption Bureau Sayed Ghulam Hussien Fakhr said,” Fighting against corruption is not an easy job, because it needs decisive intention, fighting against corruption is the duty of the Center of Justice Judicial and Anti Corruption and should tackle against it.”

Officials in Center of Justice Judicial and Anti Corruption will review those corruption cases where the amount of bribe is more than 5 million Afghani and on the laundering money the amount of bribe should be more than 10 million Afghani.
