Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat Failed to Spend Development Budget

According to the documents,  Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat officials have failed to spend determined allocated amount of the development budget for the year of 1395, only 25percent of the budget was spent.

Kabul residents have criticized the officials in Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat for failing to spend the budget amid the Kabul residents are experiencing dark nights since decades.

Kabul Resident Majnoon Ahmadzai said, “Electricity comes every night after which is not acceptable for my family and I.”

“ Power comes every night after here in the capital city of Kabul on winter season, and people are not satisfied with electricity bills.” Baseer the other Kabul resident said.

Economy experts have criticized the poor capacity of the staffs in Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat.

Economy expert Najmuddin Asas said, “ There are huge and serious problem in the management system of the Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat, more attention should be drawn, initiatives should be launched, they should enlighten the house of every Afghans in this country, spending of only 25 percent of the budget is huge crisis.”

“ Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat cannot be safe from the following issue Poor management, having no clear policy for spending the allocated budget, complicated policy which are forced to be implemented either by the International community and the Government.” Economy Shaber Basheri said.

Kabul residents are criticizing the officials in Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat for not doing enough to maintain power on winter season for the residents of the capital city of Kabul.

Failing of the officials in Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat comes after those 1 Ministers were summoned by the lower house of the parliament for failing to consume the development budgets of the 1394 where 7 of the Ministers were dismissed.
