DABS signs agreement with Turkmenistan for Herat’s Noor-ul-Jihad substation

Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat and General Director of International Projects of Turkmenistan signed an agreement to expedite work on Herat’s Noor-ul-Jihad substation project, DABS said in a statement.
During five days of meetings, discussions were held on providing the necessary equipment, expediting the work process, and addressing the demands and considerations of both sides.
At the end of the meeting, DABS expressed gratitude to the representatives of Turkmenistan and emphasized the need to accelerate the construction of the Noor-ul-Jihad substation.
