Deputy Ministers recruit employees for MoCI: Rasa

Members at the lower house of the parliament have summoned the Ministry of commerce and industry to provide more details over recruitment process within the Ministry, saying chairs are sold and the administrative chart of the Ministry do needs reformation.

Minister of commerce and industry Humayon Rasa said,” efforts are underway to raise the capacity, most of the employees were recruited by the Deputy Ministers in the Ministry.”

Mps have told to Minister of commerce and industry due to domestic disagreement within the Ministry the majority of the employees are recruited within taking the consideration if the individual is qualified or accusing the Mr. Rasa for recruiting the close relatives of the National Unity Government leaders in Ministry of commerce and industry.

Mp Rangina Kargar said,” each time the Minister of Commerce and industry takes a trip to abroad, he spends $15,000 dollar, which indicates nothing significant issue is done for the Ministry development, calling the Minister as symbol.”

“ chairs are being sold in Ministry of Commerce and industry, this issue exists within all Ministries of Afghanistan, asking the Ministry of commerce and industry that you are the responsible for that law maker Seemin Barakzai said,”

Existence of huge corruption within the Governmental departments of National Unity Government has provoked the concerns of Internal and International community, the most corrupted process is the employment one.
