Ministry of higher education (MoHE) has developed a strategic plan for the second time to guarantee the quality of education in governmental and non-governmental universities in the next five years.

Fred Manwarren Hayward who is advisor for MoHE said,” the number of female students have decreased, because there is an increment in male numbers and it happens due to insecurity and shortage of dormitories for girls and women”.
