Efforts underway to ensure security into Kunduz: Hashimi

Officials in Presidential Palace have reacted over the investigative committee members comments on Kunduz security condition saying efforts are underway to ensure security and prevent Taliban attacks in Kunduz province.

Assigned investigative committee members for Kunduz have bold the main factors for falling of Kunduz into Taliban’s hands which are neglects of National security council,no reaction of the security forces in Kunduz,poor leadership of the local officials in Kunduz have caused Kunduz to be fallen into Taliban hands.

Presidential palace Deputy Spokesman Sayed Zafar Hashimi said,” we will pursue the reports provided by the investigative committee members on Kunduz, necessary measurements are underway for Kunduz to ensure security.”

Meanwhile Deputy spokesman for Defense Ministry of Afghanistan Dawlat waziri said,” reviews has been launched we will see if our Army has neglected on their duties, decision will be made in the future.”

Meanwhile a number of experts have believed the provided reports of the investigative committee is not out of faults and mistakes because none of the members were military experts to launch standard investigation from the military perspective.

Atiqullah Amarkhail the Military expert said,” Afghan National Security Forces ANSF should remove Taliban from those districts which are underway the Taliban surroundings, they need to fill the storming position in order to defeat the enemies.”

Earlier the investigative members of the committee assigned for Kunduz fall demanded the National Unity Government leaders to grant their suggestions.
