Efforts Underway to Export Goods by Air: Alkozai

Officials in Chamber of Commerce and Industry have stated if the existed problems on exporting Afghanistan goods to abroad to be resolved, the exporting cost for the current year will raise up to $1 billion, saying efforts are underway to negotiate with some UAE airliners to take the Afghanistan goods to abroad by air.

They have demanded the Government of Afghanistan to take barriers away to increase the exporting process.

Deputy Head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry KhanJan Alkozai said,” We can find better markets for the Afghanistan’s goods by exporting them to the three stop points which are New Delhi, Dubai, and center of the Asia which is Moscow.”

Ministry of Commerce and Industry Spokesman Musafir Qoqandi stated that negotiations has been done with the UAE airliners for taking the Afghanistan goods to abroad.

He said,” Soon we will establish a cargo liner from Kandahar zone and the final decision will be shared with Dubai Embassy waiting for the further execution of the plan, each Cargo zone will cost $ 1 up to $ 5 million.”

Economy experts declared establishing of Cargo liners in the favor of Afghanistan economy, demanding the Government to use the opportunity for boosting economy.

Economy expert Taj Mohammad Talash said,” This will be in the favor of Afghanistan, it will also pave the way for sophisticated economy within the country.

Officials in Chamber of Commerce and Industry demanding the Ministry of commerce and industry and Agriculture to start packing Afghanista’s goods as Standard to pave the way for good competition of goods in the region.
