Equality is a need among Nation: Ghani

Afghanistan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani in the third World symposium on empowering Women said equality is a need among Afghan Nation.

President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani in the following gathering has spoken about the Afghan Women life condition saying Afghan Women surely will not return back to old ages.

President Ghani has said,” both Afghan male and female believe in moderate community, there should no issue among them, and we don’t want Afghanistan to be taken as hostage by extremism.”

In the following third World symposium dozens of International representatives attended and the majority of the participants have talked about the poor safety of Afghan Women.

US special envoy for Afghanistan- Pakistan Richard Wilson said,” We support Afghan Women, and defends should be made on their basic rights, Afghan Women still not safe in Afghanistan, their current situation provokes concerns of the US and other allies countries.”

Meanwhile Norway Foreign Minister Borge Bernde said,” we have witnessed significant changes on the faith of Afghan Women since 2001, before that they weren’t living in safe situation, right now about 4 million Afghan girls are going to schools, despite of all these Afghan women still can’t have access to higher education in most part of the country.”

Dozens of efforts made for changing Afghan Women situation in Afghanistan since 2001 but they still face different issues within their life in Afghanistan.
