A blast kills two children, injures another in Jalalabad city

Two school children were killed and one was wounded in a blast in Abdul Haq area of Jalalabad city on Monday morning.
Provincial Governor Spokesman Ahmadzai Abdulzai confirmed the explosion saying,” The explosion occurred early this morning around 08:00 am close to Abdul Haq area, as a result of an IED placed under a bridge which killed two school children and injured another”.
Adding that the IEDs may placed to destroy the bridge.
