Explosion Occurs in Kabul; 9 Killed, 18 Wounded

At least nine people were killed and 18 others were wounded when a suicide bombing occurred near a ceremony held on death anniversary of Abdul Ali Mazari, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) said on Friday.
According to officials, the incident took place in the vicinity of the 6th police district of the city at around 11:30 am local time.
“In the explosion seven were martyred and seven were wounded,” Najib Danish, the interior ministry spokesman, wrote on Facebook after the attack on Friday.
No group has claimed responsibility behind the incident so far.
