Female Farmers Eager on Cultivation, Hardworking

A number of female farmers who have been working within their farms located behind the Darlaman castle expressed their satisfactoriness on their efforts made on agriculture sector.

They have also said,” collecting our harvests will resolve some of the economy problems that we are facing in our life.”

Officials in Ministry of agriculture and live stocks have leased 80 acres of lands at the beginning of the current year.

Female farmers have planted different vegetable, and fruits to boost their economy.

Female Farmer Razia said,” Before we become farmer we receive basic trainings for being a professional farmer which is a good program for other women to join this program.”

Dozens of female farmers have not only used the lands for plantations but have kept some of the animals for nourishing and boosting economy.

Minister of agriculture and live stocks Asaddulllah Zamir said,” taking parts of female in agriculture and plantation sector on daily basis is full of importance,we as officials have a lot of programs for women to take part in them.”

He also added that the following programs has been launched in 5 different provinces of Kabul, Kapisa, Parwan, Balkh and Herat.
