Four killed and 14 wounded in Kabul explosion

An early morning explosion in Kabul city left at least four people dead – including a woman – and 14 wounded on Thursday, police confirmed.
According to police a bus carrying civilians was targeted in the explosion.
Eyewitnesses meanwhile said the bus had been carrying government employees.
The explosion happened in PD 17 in Kabul city.
