Ghani: 1395 mobility year for Afghans
President Muhammad Ashraf Ghani has said that the new solar year is a mobility year for the Afghan people.
Ashraf Ghani in his visit with the heads of the South and South-West provinces noted that the Afghan government has convinced the international community to support the country.
“We are ready for basic reforms and fight against corruption this year,” said President Ashraf Ghani.
He also stated that around 600 graduated soldiers from the military academy have gone to Helmand based on their strong will, but a number of youths are abandoning the country.
Praising the achievements of Afghanistan in products, President Ghani pointed on increase of fruit exports; citing nearly 600 tones of fruits exported every day in June.
President’s statements come as Afghan residents concerns increase over the performance of National Unity Government in providing peace and the economic situation.
