Ghani Announces Urban, Rural Ownership Registration Program
President Ghani also insisted having temporary, none official documentation of the properties in Kabul indicate being no safety of the lands and houses.
According to the land Bureau currently 70 percent of the properties in urban and 80 percent of properties in rural are none officially owned.
Further President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani said,” formalization of the properties of the people will resolve one of the important social problems, the registration of the properties will officially be launched, so that people don’t have butter flies in their hearts.”
“This will also prevent the opportunists not to be capable to seize the people properties, this is contrary to Islamic laws and not acceptable for anyone President Ghani during his statement said,”
He also mentioned there are some who are not willing to let the big development plans to be implemented in the country.
Mr. Ghani said,” there are few who are disagree in giving points of views, but in action there will be some who don’t want the big plans to be implemented for development of Afghanistan.”
It’s mentionable that registration of the Kabul properties is in the priority of the following office, but Kabul is experiencing several difficulties over sewage, no proper canalization, irrigation system, and healthy environment.
