Government to dismiss corrupt employees in Judiciary System
Abdul Ali Muhammadi, Legal Advisor of the President warned the General Attorney to bring positive changes in the judicial system.
“Corrupt elements have already been identified in the judicial system and soon will be dismissed from their designations,” he added,” the current situation in the General Attorney is intolerable, corruption and injustice resulted a wider corrupt system across the country”.
On the other hand, members of Justice Commission of the Lower House believes that the government is corrupt from the high level authorities during the last 13 years and the government shall start the reforms from top officials.
The Presidential palace has directed the General Attorney Office to provide a list of corrupts for dismissal not later than Monday, retire employees who needs to stop employment, and to dismiss those who has been employed against their majors.
President Ghani accused judiciary system for corruption on his inauguration and kindly requested the Supreme Court and General Attorney Office to review all employees of the courts based on a system of punishment and rewards.
