Karzai calls for unity on both Durand Line residents

 Former President of Afghanistan Hamid Karizai who attended a memorial ceremony for a political leader of Khyberpakhtunkha state Afzal Khan Lala which was held in Kabul, has insisted on serious combat for those trying to divide the two Nations living in the two sides of Durand lines.

Hamid Karzai has mentioned that there some who are trying to keep both residents living in the two sides of the Durand lines away from each other by creating constant plots.

Further in his speech he has asked serious measurements should be adopted to combat those who are plotting for the Nation to be divided.

He said,” Afghanistan-Pakistan Nations are pursuing their objectives, we should struggle for humanity.”

Afghanistan Nation has been united and will be united in the future he added.

Afzal Khan Lala has been a political leader for Khyberpakhtunkha who has died due to illness a month ago.

President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has stated that coming back and forth will strengthen the mutual ties and stabilize the security in the country and region.

The recent speeches of the former Afghan President Hamid Karzai comes that a number of Pashto people from other side of the Durand line has been invited by the President of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani to discuss over the ongoing situation of Afghanistan in Presidential palace on Thursday.
