Haqqani Network mine planter arrested in Paktia

The National Directorate of Security (NDS) in a statement said a Haqqani Network terrorist member was arrested during a raid in Gardiz city while planting a magnetic bomb.
The individual was named Shams Ul Rahman son of Khan Mohammad as an active member of Haqqani terrorist network
Paktia is located in the east of Afghanistan bordering the Pakistani-ruled tribal areas where the insurgents are easily crossing to Afghanistan to target the Afghan and their foreign-allies in the country.
