Helmand Suicide Car Bomber Killed Before Reaching Target

Provincial governor spokesman, Omar Zwak, told Ariana News that a suicide bomber who was riding an explosives-packed vehicle, was identified and killed before he could reach to his target.
He added that the attacker planned to target a security outpost in Tarikh Nawar area of Marja district.
According to the official, no security personnel was killed or injured in the incident. – except for the suicide bomber.
On Saturday, at least six security forces were wounded when a suicide bomber in a Toyota Corolla detonated his explosives near an army base in Nad Ali district of the province.
