Herat Police Rescued Five People, Detained 3 Kidnappers

The Interior Ministry said in a statement that police arrested three kidnappers during an operation conducted in Kahsan district of Herat province on Thursday.
During the operation, one of the kidnappers was wounded after he exchanged gunfire with the police forces, the statement said.
