High economy council approves 5 years development Safaron draft

Members at high economy council have approved 5 year development Safaron draft for developing the following industry.

Ministry of Agriculture and live stock Spokesman has stated that the following draft plan will increase the amount of Safaron production from 4 tons up to 8 tons incoming 5 years, and income will significantly increase from $5 million dollars up to $20 million dollars.

Officials in chamber of commerce and industry demanded the Government to find best markets for Afghanistan Safaron.

Ministry of Agriculture and live stock Spokesman Lufullah Rashed said,” a committee will be established, which will involve all the related departments, to work find best markets for Afghanistan Safaron, necessary measurements should adopted to develop the following plant.”

Deputy of chamber of commerce and industry Khanjan Alkozai said,” the following draft plan will increase the Safaron production remarkably, we still ask the Government to adopt necessary measurements for developing the following plantation in Afghanistan.”

Officials have stated that Safaron could be planted in 22 provinces of Afghanistan, though Afghanistan has the capacity to produce up to 70 tons of Safaron.
