Commissioner to Afghanistan Human Rights Commission urged for 50 percent political contribution in National Unity Government.
Some of members in Human Rights Commission said that as men and women had equal rights in election, they should also have equal rights in power sharing.
At the same time, Afghan women network called for 25 percent contribution of women in district council election.
They warned that if the power shares are not given to women, they will continue protests.
They are said to believe Afghan women have changed in comparison to the last 13 years.
Afghan women network with publication of a statement demanded the national unity government to strengthen the participation of women in national assembly and district council election in the next year.
