Huge Fire Breaks Out at Market in Takhar

Huge fire ripped through a wood market in Taluqan, the capital city of northern Takhar province on Friday afternoon.

The reason behind the fire and possible casualties have not been ascertained so far.

Witnesses say the blaze might rise and reach to nearby buildings and residential houses if firefighters at the scene not get air support.

Reports suggest at least 50 shops caught fire so far in the incident.
