Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission (IHRC) has warned unpleasant consequences if the government does not end the differences and disputes.

Chairman of IHRC says the differences have negative impacts on maintaining humanitarian law and will cause paralysis of government institutions.

“Differences lead to convulsions and paralysis of government institutions and human rights violations,” said Sima Samar, chairman of IHRC.

The main disputes between the National Unity Government leaders is the failure in implementation of its political agreement.

“Some clauses of the political agreement have not been implemented so far, such as the distribution of electronic ID cards and holding a Loya Jirga,” said Muhammad Nateqi, chairman of Monitoring Commission for Overseeing the Implementation of NUG Agreement.

Previously, Chief Executive Officer, Abdullah Abdullah and the first vice president have accused President Ghani of monopolizing the power.
