Irresponsible Armed Men More Than Security Forces in Kabul: Police
“We have only 15,000 police officers across the city, but a large number of the forces are busy securing high-ranking officials, organizations and ministries. That’s why; the number of men with non-authorized armed groups exceeds our police forces.” Hassan Shah Frogh, Kabul police chief told.
