ISIS, Taliban groups train in Pakistani military bases

Afghan acting defense minister on Friday said that the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and Taliban groups are training in Pakistani military centers.

Masoum Istanikzai, the acting defense minister declared that the foreign intelligences tries to enter foriegn militants to Afghanistan and once again defame the country under the name of “Center of Terrorism”.

Istanikzai noted that the Afghan forces will begin a Winter-Offensive to prevent the movements of armed opposition groups.

“Beside serious security measures, 201 corps battalion of Selab Kandak will be created in Nangarhar,” said Masoum Istanikzai, acting defense minister.

After Achin, Nazian, Bati Coot, Haska Mina districts, now Daesh militants started their movements in parts of Chaparhar district of Nangarhar province.

Tribal elders are said to consider government failure in providing the security of Nangarhar and warned that if the government do not take serious measures for providing the security of the province, they would not support the government.
