Khawja Rawash Residential Town Inaugurated

President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani with First Lady has inaugurated the Khawja Rawash residential town early Friday noon officials said.

During the inauguration President Ghani has announced that the housing problem will be resolved by having the private sectors supports in the future, demanding the private sectors to build residential town with cheap prices to enable low incomers to buy houses.

President Ghani has pointed to the main issue which separates people from the Government “corruption” providing shelters for the survivors of the Afghan security forces is one my concrete commitments.

During the inauguration President Ghani has complained about the Afghan investors for investing $28 million dollars in Dubai and Pakistan.

He said,” First commitment of the National Unity Government is to resolve the lands issue 9000 acres of lands has been given for the growing of the carpet weaving industries, private sectors should come and cooperate with the Government to build reasonable residential houses.”

He also addressed that corruption is one of the major problems and barrier.

Meanwhile the Minister of Urban Development and Housing Sayed Mansour Sadaat said,” We will put the foundation stones for 11000 apartments which will be built by China and Qatar at the end of this year.”

Khawja Rawash residential Town was built 4 years ago in 4000,0 acres of lands, it has 78 residential blocks.
