Lower House Calls Ghani Decision on Cabinet against Law

Lower house of the parliament has declared the latest decision of the President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani on establishing of the cabinet against the existed law in the country.
They have demanded the Government repeatedly to introduce the new members of the cabinet to both houses of the parliament for gaining the trust votes.
Law makers in the house have entitled the National Unity Government for not establishing of the new cabinet as its incapability for Nation and Internationals.
After repeatedly criticisms made by the numbers of the members in parliament of Afghanistan, President Ashraf Ghani in his order he made has terminated the acting Ministers instead he has appointed the deputies of the Ministries as the acting Ministers till he comes back.
President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has made the following decision before he leaves Afghanistan for European countries.
Urfanullah Urfan the member of the Wolesi Jirga has criticized the latest order on introducing the deputies of the Ministries as the acting Ministers saying it’s against the law that means we still have to tackle to the challenges till the President returns from London summit.
The other member of the house Shir wali Wardak has declared it the decision of the president as full of sorrows and he added that his order means that Afghan leaders don’t want to share the power among the Afghan youths we do have capable Afghans to meet the requirement of the Ministers positions.
President has made his order late Sunday even; both Afghan leaders President Ghani and Abdullah Abdullah have left the country for European countries early Monday morning.
This comes after that the National Unity Government leaders have promised to introduce and establish the new cabinet after 45 days, now it has been two months and yet to see the new cabinet to be established.
