Mines located provinces safe places for Terrorists in North: Stanikzai

Upper house of the parliament has summoned acting Minister of Defense for increasing of insecurity in Northern provinces of Afghanistan where billions of dollars of mines located on Tuesday.

Acting Defense Minister Masoum Stanikzai has urged those who are paving the way for terrorists,their properties are at risks.

Later a decision made to hold the rest of the session behind the close doors.

Senator Gulalai Akbari said,” dozens of foreigners from Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan have come to Yamgan and Wardocj districts of Badakhshan province,saying they have come in there to provide more supports for Taliban to capture 3 others districts and change that place into a safe heaven and military base for ALQAIDA.”

Meanwhile senator safiullah Hashimi said,” Samangan province has been secure, since the eruption of insecurity, and based on the information we have the following province will lose its security and stability incoming spring.”

Afghanistan acting Defense Minister Mohammad Masoum stanikzai has confirmed the presence of foreign fighters, saying local competition has paved good platform for them to come to Afghanistan.

Mines in Afghanistan has caused huge headaches for Afghanistan Government in the past years, and Terrorists have been benefiting from those mines and the incomes has significantly helped them keep the war furnace warm in Afghanistan,however narcotic drugs has been other major financial supports for Terrorists in Afghanistan acting Defense Minister stanikzai said.

Acting National Security Directorate Masoud Andarabi said,” due to confidential information we need to have private session.”

Security officials have also confirmed that their financial budget has been guaranteed till 2017,Afghan air forces are being equipped,incoming year 8 drone strikers will also be given to Afghan Government to provide intelligence and discovery information for the security departments.
