Missing Ghormach Police Chief Killed by Taliban

The Ghormach police chief, Abdul Majid Gelim Bafi along with his 19 soldiers who were arrested few days ago killed by the armed Taliban group, a parliament members said on Friday.
About 19 Afghan police officers were missed along with their commander after the Taliban seized Ghormach district in the northwestern Faryab province on 18th October.
Naqibullah Fayeq, a Member of Parliament declared that 19 corps including the police chief were handed over by Taliban to the Red Crescent and were taken to Maimana.
Glimbafi was one of Jihadi leading commanders who also was responsible for the campaign of the Chief of Executive Officer in the past presidential election in Maimana.
