MoD insist on women role in Afghan army queue
Earlier officials in Independent Human Rights Commission Sima Samar had spoken about the safety of the women in security departments, blaming officials for ignoring the female safety.
Meanwhile officials in Ministry of Defense have stated that Women forces safety is our priority.
Head of Gender and Human rights in Ministry of Defense Zaher Azimi said,” One of our priorities is to create good space for female forces in Afghan National Army queue, we try our best to provide safe plat form for Women, if those ignore female forces role or disrupt the safety condition will be executed.”
Related to the women issue Kabul military training center in Kabul has graduated 42 female on Sunday.
Head of the following training center Laljan Zaheer said,” The 42 graduated female from our training center will be deployed in the first front line, and will conduct searching houses, discovery section.”
According to the estimation of the Officials from Ministry of Defense more than 1500 female forces were graduated from military and civilian section of the Afghan National Army in the past several years.
