MOD welcomes US air strikes on destroying of Taliban

Officials in Afghanistan Defense Ministry have welcomed the acceleration of re beginning of air strikes on removing of Taliban by US Government, demanding the following country to increasing air attacks on the other side of the border seriously.

Death of Taliban leader Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansour has opened a new chapter of combat from US Government against terrorism in Afghanistan, US Government has re-began fighting terrorism in Afghanistan after two years of ending their military operations in Afghanistan.

Ministry of Defense Deputy Spokesman Mohammad Radmanish said,” If US Government is committed to remove terrorism, and then it should increase its combat against the terrorist’s safe heavens in other side of the border.”

Meanwhile Afghan military experts have declared US pressures on Pakistan is one of the proper way to remove Taliban.

Afghan military expert Atiqullah Amarkhail said,” US Government exactly doesn’t have clear decision to remove Taliban from Afghanistan, if the following Government is really trying to help Afghanistan then it should exert more pressure on Pakistan to fight terrorism.”

US had stopped air strikes against Taliban while President Hamid Karzia was on power.
