MoFA presents list of needed Helicopters, its parts to Russia National Security Council

Officials in Ministry of Foreign Affairs have during an official letter presented a list of needed Helicopters and its parts to Russia National Security Council in an official letter amid officials in Afghanistan Defense Ministry have urged that the needs of the Afghanistan security forces are beyond that list presented.

Experts have stated that US should be the only supporter of the Afghanistan National Air Forces.

During an interview the Afghanistan Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs has told to Inter-fax news agency that Afghan Government despite of demanding Helicopters and its parts it had requested some weapons and military equipment, further Kabul- Moscow has signed a technical military cooperation agreements about month ago.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Hekmat Khalil Karzai said,” Kabul has intention to demand military assistance, I have attached a list of needed Helicopters and its parts to Russia National Security Council, we need to improve our security forces, we do need military supports.”

Meanwhile Ministry of Defense Spokesman Dawlat Waziri said,” Afghan Air forces for the time being need planes fighters, discovery and logistical one our efforts are underway to draw other countries attention for receiving such big military supports.

US Government supports which costs $2,5 billion that included training, equipment and improving of the Afghanistan air forces for the past six years, Afghan experts urged that US Government is the right supporter of Afghan air forces.

Expert Zalmay Wardak said,” Afghanistan after signing BSA with US Government should understand that US Government is responsible to equip train and improve Afghanistan air forces, I have no idea why others trying to demand military help from other countries.”

Afghanistan air forces has been supported by US Government and dozen plane fighters has been handed over to Afghan air forces to pound the enemies shelters.
