MoHE Calls on Universities to Enhance Scientific Researches

The Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) has outlined the effective role of scientific researches and urged all universities to boost researches for the betterment of the educational institutions in the country.

During a scientific research conference held on Tuesday in Kabul, the Minister of Higher Education, Najibullah Khawja Omari insisted on the remarkable role of scientific researches by the universities.

“We should work together to find solutions for the creating and result of researches, discuss and develop them. We should institutionalize the culture of researching among all the educational institutions,” Omari said.

In the meantime, the chairman of Kabul Polytechnic University, Muhammad Saeed Kakar has declared that serious efforts have been made for increasing scientific researches.

“The aim of today’s conference was that the specialists conduct their researches in the national project and the government can be able to make the effective use of them,” Kakar added.

This comes as the solidarity head of MoHE has criticized the lack of budget in researching units and emphasized that current situation makes researches challenging.
