Mps criticize for not taking Andarabi, Sarjang cases seriously

Members of the National Assembly in security and defense committees have criticized the Government for not taking the Maidan Wardak security chief Khalilullah Andarabi and former Helmand security chief AbdulRahman Sarjang cases seriously pursued.

Meanwhile officials in Ministry of Interior affairs have stated that Maidan Wardak police chief mission is suspended and investigations are underway to have access more details.

Head of the internal security for the lower house of the parliament Mirdad Najrabi said,” both cases are yet to be finalized because the Government didn’t take it seriously, this is not only my concerns all Afghan Nation is waiting for the results.”

Meanwhile head of the Defense committee of the upper house Mohammad Hashim Alkozai said,” No doubt there are ghost security forces in Helmand, Government should really take it seriously, We as senators are having close eyes over the two cases.”

Ministry of Interior Affairs Spokesman Sediq Sediqee said,” Investigation is underway, this would too early to share any results, Andarabi duty has been suspended.
Earlier International donors had criticized the existence of ghost security forces in ANSF queue.
