National unity government beyond rule of law
The lawyers union of Afghanistan is said to consider the government of national unity a government beyond the rule of law.
Head of lawyers of Afghanistan union, Abdul Ghayor Ghayor said that the national unity government should take serious approach that adjustments to be made to the law and governments tasks to be regulated.
He urged the president and the chief of executive officer to prove their commitments against the country and people.
Meanwhile, the lawyers union of Afghanistan is demanding an end to the issue of acting ministers in government institutions by the government.
Delay in announcement of the new cabinet and challenges in several sectors of the government caused the lawyers union of Afghanistan to have suggests to the national unity government.
Deputy of lawyers union of Afghanistan, Gul Ahmad Madad Zai said, “The government of national unity does not mean that they forget their commitments against the people.”
The union added that if the government does not address their demands they will use another ways to pressure on the government.
