NDS: 5 kidnappers detained, young boy recovered

The National Directorate of Security (NDS) – Afghanistan’s intelligence agency has arrested a group of five professional kidnappers and set free a 14 year old kid abducted by the ring.
According to a statement released by the NDS, the 14 years old kid was abducted from the police 10th district in Kabul and was kept in a cave in Shakar Dara district of Kabul.
The groups was demanding an amount of $600,000 to set free the child and was recovered during a special operation, NDS statement read.
The young boy was returned back to his family, the reported added.
Afghan intelligence agency says the ring was also involved in several other kidnapping cases in the capital Kabul city of the country.
