NDS arrests active member of Haqqani network in Logar

The National Directorate of Security (NDS) – Afghanistan’s intelligence agency has arrested an active member of Haqqani network in Logar province of Afghanistan.
According to a statement released by the Afghan Spy Agency on Tuesday, Sardar, an active member of Haqqani network has been arrested during a special operation in Agha district of Logar province, Afghanistan.
Sardar has been involved in bomb explosions and he has been arrested with explosives, the statement added.
Logar province is one of the insecure provinces of Afghanistan located in eastern section of the country, where terrorist networks are very active.
