Nepotism Stops Infrastructural Changes in Afghanistan: Masoud

The President special envoy for good Governance and reformation Ahmad Zia Masoud has stated discrimination, disagreement, violence and war have turned into a culture in Afghanistan which has taken the Afghanistan’s Government as hostage not enabling it to bring changes in infrastructure of the country.

Meanwhile Deputy Minister of Education has criticized the National Unity Government leaders for drawing attention on political, security but not education in the country.

The President special envoy for good Governance and reformation AhmadZai Masoud who attend a ceremony said,” nepotism is the major factor destroying the society, it doesn’t let the Government to bring changes in infrastructure of the country, people and Government is still trapped in it.”

Deputy Minister of Education Mohammad Ibrahim Shinwari said,” poor attention has been drawn into Education affairs, the political security issues have been on the top priorities of the National Unity Government leaders.”

Meanwhile the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization have declared the education system of Afghanistan full of challenges.

The Deputy of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization in Afghanistan Daniela P said,” UNESCO and our development partners will continue to support Afghanistan in addressing the challenges facing education today, UNESCO will also advocate and mobilize partners to ensure that education in Afghanistan receives the attention needs to deliver the quality learning for all Afghans.”

Insecurity, unemployment and low investing on education and training are the major challenges for education not to bring any changes in education system in Afghanistan.
