Newly Elected Commissioners Assure Regaining of Afghans’ Trusts

The newly introduced commissioners of the Election commissions said we are committed to hold a transparent Election, and launch serious efforts to build the broken bridge of the trust between the Afghan people and Election commissions, demanding the Government to have close cooperation on removing upcoming barriers.

However former members of the complain commission stated that changing faces within the commissions would not resolve Afghanistan’s Elections problems.

Newly elect commissioner Gulajan Abdul Badi Sayaid said, “We are committed to hold a transparent Elections in the future, but we demand the Government to have close cooperation for removing the upcoming Election barriers.”

Afghanistan president Mohammad Ashraf Ghani while visiting the former Election commissioners demanding the close cooperation to have with newly elect commissioners.

Former member of the Election complains commission Nadir Mohsini said, “Changing faces within the commissions would not help to hold a transparent Election, but to remove the Election barriers.”

Afghanistan Presidential Election on 2014 was one of the most complicated and controversial Elections in the history of Afghanistan, after months the Election delays the US state secretary John Kerry mediated the issue.
